Project Goals

Along with the City's mobility initiatives, the Access Butler Place Plan will study the land use and mobility potential across three key areas within the Project Area: Downtown Fort Worth, Butler Place, and United Riverside.

This initiative will explore past planning decisions that contributed to Central Area's growth and development and explore the factors impacting modern downtowns to create an actionable plan that supports a community-wide vision for improving infrastructure and promoting mixed-use development.
